AP offers world class service and calibration for its instruments. The Factory provides service and calibration to customers within the United States. International customers should contact their local AP partner for service and calibration. For descriptions of the available services, please visit Service Offerings.

Please do NOT send your instrument until your service has been scheduled and you have been issued an RMA.

US Customers

If you are within the US, please use the below methods to provide the information we require to estimate service cost and issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This is required to help us schedule service efficiently.

Option 1: Online
Using the online form requires an AP User Account. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create one. (Registration is free and takes under a minute to complete).

If you do not wish to use the online form, you can download a PDF and print out then fax to 503-641-8906 or email to service@ap.com.
